Bringing Children's Hearts Back Home
BCHBH began with a simple observation:
Many children are carrying more than we can see.
- Sometimes it appears as anger.
- Sometimes anxiety.
- Sometimes withdrawal.
- Sometimes behaviour that adults find difficult to understand.
Yet beneath every behaviour is a child trying to communicate something important.
BCHBH was created to help adults see beyond behaviour and reconnect with the heart of the child.

Helping Children Understand What They Carry
Children learn many things at school.
They learn to read.
They learn to write.
They learn to solve problems.
But children also need help understanding their feelings, managing challenges, and building emotional resilience.
BCHBH provides simple tools and ideas that help children recognise what they are carrying and feel supported as they grow.
The Heart Of BCHBH
Every child has a heart.
No matter how a child behaves, their heart remains present.
Behaviour is communication.
Behaviour often tells us something before words can.
Understanding comes before change.
Children are more likely to grow when they feel understood than when they feel judged.
Adults matter.
Children learn emotional awareness from the adults around them every day.
We Learn Together
BCHBH is not a programme that belongs only to children.
It is a shared journey involving parents, teachers, caregivers, and communities.
When adults develop emotional awareness, children naturally learn from what they experience every day.
Together, we help bring children's hearts back home.

Building A More Compassionate Future
- Every child deserves to feel seen.
- Every child deserves to feel heard.
- Every child deserves to feel safe enough to grow.
BCHBH exists to support that journey through awareness, understanding, connection, and compassion.
The work begins with one child.
One family.
One classroom.
One conversation.
And grows from there.

We Would Love To Hear From You
